The above entitled action is a civil suit which is brought on behalf of the Plaintiffs Green River Garden Center & Landscaping, Inc. a West Virginia corporation and Jason W. Walker for trespass and damages related thereto
And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of John Doe, an individual(s)/entity(s) who may have participated in the trespass and damages are unknown at the present time, and that counsel for the Plaintiffs has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ordered that John Doe, an individual(s)/entity(s) do serve upon Stephen L. Thompson, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia, 25321, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before June 26th, 2026, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the John Doe Defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
