The object of this proceeding is to obtain money judgments against Laxton’s Heating, Cooling & Electrical, LLC, Michael D. Laxton, II, and Elite Property & Management, LLC for several loans Plaintiff extended. In addition, the Complaint seeks judgment for the right to possession of all personal property of Laxton’s Heating, Cooling & Electrical, LLC; requiring Laxton’s Heating, Cooling & Electrical, LLC to assemble all of the personal property in a convenient location and permitting Plaintiff to recover possession of the same; requiring Laxton’s Heating to turn over all requested information and documentation concerning its accounts receivable, and requiring Laxton’s Heating to identify and endorse over to or assign to United Bank all its investment property. A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the office ofthe Clerk ofthe Circuit Court of Raleigh County, 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801. You must appear and defend yourself on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, by filing with the Clerk of the Raleigh County Circuit Court a written response to the Complaint filed against you. You should mail a copy of your written response to counsel for Plaintiff, James W. Lane, Jr., Elizabeth L. Taylor and the law firm of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC, 200 Capitol Street, Charleston, West Virginia 25301. If you do not appear and defend yourself in this case, judgment by default will be taken against you.
