THE OBJECT OF THIS ACTION WILL BE TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Todd Angelo Dyess Woodson’s address is unknown, it is hereby ordered that Todd Angelo Dyess Woodson serve upon Samuel R. White, Esq., whose address is 115B South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action or before December 5, 2018. If you fail to do so, at any time thereafter judgment by default, upon proper haring and trial, may be taken against you that will terminate your parental rights. This hearing will take place in The Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, 215 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
This Order shall be published for a period of two weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement in The Register-Herald, a newspaper in the publication area of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Additionally, this Order shall be published for a period of two weeks as a Class II Legal Advertisement in the Charleston Gazette-Mail, a newspaper in the publication area of Kanawha County, West Virginia.
