NOTICE is hereby given to MONICA Y. BROWN, that a Complaint has been filed against her, in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, Civil Action Number 18-C-409-H by PSR, INC., a West Virginia Corporation. Plaintiffs have used due diligence to ascertain the residence or present whereabouts of MONICA Y. BROWN, without effect. This Notification is to advise MONICA Y. BROWN, that a copy of the Complaint which has been filed against her may be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, Raleigh County Judicial Annex, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, and that MONICA Y. BROWN, must appear on or before thirty (30) days after the date of this Publication.
If MONICA Y. BROWN, fails to appear and defend this action within this time frame allotted, then a judgment by default will be rendered against MONICA Y. BROWN, at any time thereafter
