The object of the above-entitled civil action is to obtain possession of certain real estate located at 707 Whitby Road, Coal City, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this civil action that Plaintiff, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., has used due diligence to ascertain the residence and whereabouts of Selby H. Blevins, without effect, it is hereby ordered that Selby H. Blevins serve upon Marc B. Lazenby, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Lazenby Law Office, PO Box 4968, Princeton, West Virginia 24740, an Answer, including any related Counterclaim or defense which Selby H. Blevins may have to the Complaint filed in this civil action on or before thirty (30) days after the date of the first public~tion of this Order of Publication in a newspaper of general circulation in Raleigh County, West Virginia. If Selby H. Blevins fails to do so, judgment may be taken against her for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the office of the Raleigh County, West Virginia Circuit Court Clerk.
