The object of the above entitled action is to determine the rights of the Defendant as to surplus funds relating to the foreclosure on the property located at 1715 Nash Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia, with a Deed of Trust of record in Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wood County in Trust Deed Book 1144, at Page 338.
And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Defendant, Roger R. Pickens, is unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Defendant serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney W. Scott Campbell and the law firm of Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suite 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an answer or any defense to the Complaint for Interpleader filed in this action on or before 21st July, 2018; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Defendant at any time thereafter. A copy of the Complaint for Interpleader in this action may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
