YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Petition for adoption of the above-identified child born to Amanda Sprouse, the child’s mother, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia.
It appearing that the father of the above-named child is unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter for the adoption of the child by JACOB LINKO, the biological mother’s husband on the 30th day of August, 2018, at 9:30 o’clock a.m. before Judge Jason A. Wharton at the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101.
If you fail to appear at the hearing on the date and time specified, or if you fail to file a written response to the allegations contained in the Petition for Adoption, further action may be taken including the granting of the adoption without any further notice to you. A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the unknown father from the undersigned Clerk at the office located in the Wood County Judicial Building, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
