On or about June 6, 2006, B.G., the above-named child was born to MICHELE MAYHEW. It appearing that the Father, TERRY GIDDINGS, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the AUGUST 3, 2018, at the hour of 11:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, TERRY GIDDINGS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JESSICA MYERS, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. BOX 287, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3600.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, TERRY GIDDINGS, with respect of the above-named children, B.G.
