Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of July, 2018, at 10:30 o’clock a.m. on said day, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the Honorable Judge Waters, Caleb Michael Smith will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by said Court changing his/her name from Caleb Michael Smith to Caleb Michael Decker, at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
