On or about May 15, 2003, H.Q., the above-named child was born to JENNIFER QUEEN. On or about April 25, 2006, B.Q., the above-named child was born to JENNIFER QUEEN. On or about October 31, 2008, B.Q., the above-named child was born to JENNIFER QUEEN. It appearing that the Father, MATTHEW QUEEN, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on the March 9, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable Jeffrey B. Reed, located at the Judicial Annex,Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MATTHEW QUEEN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, PO BOX 156, GRANTSVILLE, WV 26147, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 354-9204.
The above-style proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MATTHEW QUEEN, with respect of the above-named children, H.Q., B.Q., and B.Q.
