On or about May 17, 2007, B.Y., on or about March 29, 2011, S.Y., and on or about September 17, 2008, L.Y., the above-named children, were born to MELISSA GREGG. It appearing that the Father, JOSHUA YOUNG, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 14, 2020, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, located at the Judical Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County West Virginia.
The proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, JOSHUA YOUNG, has the right to legal council at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, HEATHER STARCHER, P.O. BOX 2084, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 488-0036.
The above-styled proceedings may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, JOSHUA YOUNG, with respect of the above-named children, B.Y., S.Y., and L.Y.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Father, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
