It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Robert Scott Nichols II, a resident of the State of West Virginia who’s address is unknown, it is hereby ordered that the Respondent serve upon Lusk & Bradford, PLLC, Attorneys at Law, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 220 North Fayette Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 12, 2018. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
