A hearing on this matter will be held on the 1st day of July 2026, at 9:30 a.m. before the Morgan County Family Court located at the Morgan County Courthouse, 77 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411. Any person who is likely to be injured by the change of name of any person so petitioning or knows any reason why the name of any such should not be changed, may appear at the time and place set forth herein, and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
