Mingo Winters, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is 106 South Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Modification and For Emergency Relief filed in this action on or before May 20, 2019. If you fail to answer the Petition, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
