ORDER FOR PUBLICATION
The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Respondents, her/its heirs, successors, an/or assigns, are the recorded owner of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 13, as Parcel 00450000, further described as Lot 16, Block 4 of the Central Addition to the City of Beckley. The property has an address of 227 7th Street, Beckley, West Virgina. Being the same property Willie Moore and Vonetha Moore acquired the subject property described as Lot 16, Block 4 of the Central Addition to the City of Beckley, with an address of 227 7th Street, Beckley, West Virginia by Deed, dated October 16, 1961, from Jimmie Lee Deed and Mattie M. Deed, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Book 408, at page 516. Willie.M.oore died intestate on or about December 27, 1970, a resident of Raleigh County, leaving Vonetha Moore, Mattie Leftwich, Etta Venea Leftwich, Cornelia Wright, Bobby Moore, Loraine Christian., Preston Moore, Della Muskeyvalley, Willie Ann Moore, as his sole heirs.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Respondents heirs are unknown, or that there may be Respondent (s) unknown and Respondent (s) who arc nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to Petitioner. It is ORDERED that Respondent (s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the 18th day of December, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal County of the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
A copy of said Petitions and Motions can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
