The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Respondents, her/its heirs, successors, an/or assigns, are the recorded owner of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 39, as Parcel 04740000, further described as Lots 20 & 21, Block 8 of the Beckley Court Addition to the City of Beckley. The property has an address of 153 Prillerman Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia. Respondent Louise Moore Hall acquired the subject property described as Block 8 Lots 20 and 21 of the Beckley Court Addition to the City of Beckley, shown on the Maps of the Raleigh County Assessor in the City of Beckley District, Map 39, as parcel 04740000; with an address of 153 Prillerman Avenue, Beckley, West Virginia, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, with Virginia Moore Ward, by Deed, dated May 27, 1992, from Virginia Moore Ward, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia in Roll 24, at page 2448. Virginia Moore Ward died a resident of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or about June 20, 2018, vesting ownership in Louise Moore Hall.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Respondents heirs are unknown, or that there may be Respondent (s) unknown and Respondent (s) who are nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to Petitioner. It is ORDERED that Respondent(s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above- mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the 15th day of January, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal County of the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
