INVITATION FOR BIDS
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT
The PARKERSBURG HOUSING AUTHORITY, Parkersburg, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its Administrative Offices at 1901 Cameron Avenue for the VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT, until 3:00 PM EST on the 25th day of October, 2017, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A Prebid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2017 at the Administrative Offices at 1901 Cameron Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Site visitation will be conducted immediately after the prebid meeting.
Parkersburg Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Parkersburg Housing Authority.
