INVITATION FOR BID
The Wyoming County Commission will be accepting sealed bids for the paving of R D Bailey Solid Waste Transfer Station parking lot at Baileysville, WV on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commission office. You may mail your bid to Jewell L. Aguilar, Wyoming County Clerk PO Box 309, Pineville WV 24874. Bids needs to be sealed and received in the County Clerk’s Office by 4:00 p.m., June 4, 2019. Please clearly mark your envelope “SEALED BID- BAILESYVILLE TRANSFER STATION” on the outside of the envelope. You may also contact the County Clerk’s Office at (304) 732-8000, Ext 275 or 241 for details or questions regarding this project. County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
SPECIFICATIONS AS FOLLOWS: Parking lot is approximately 7,350 square feet, bids should include cleaning and tack the parking lot, lay and compact 1 inch Wearing 1 asphalt to level lot, lay and compact 1.5 inches Wearing 1 asphalt top course.
Bidders must provide proof of necessary insurance.
