INVITATION FOR BIDS
The RALEIGH COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY, Beckley, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at its administrative offices at 282 George Street, Beckley, WV for it’s FY 2018-2019 Capital Fund Program – MISCELLANEOUS BUILDING REPAIRS at TIMBERLINE APARTMENTS its public housing development until 11:30 a.m. EST on the 27th day of March, 2020, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Scope of the work includes foundation repairs (helical piers), mold remediation and drywall replacement, drywall repairs, wood deck repairs and replacement.
The modernization activities are being funded in full by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the agency’s FY 2018-2019 Capital Funds Program.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the 6th day of March, 2020 at the Raleigh County Housing Authorities Timberline Office Building at 123 Smith Street, Mabscott, West Virginia. The scope and details of the proposed work will be covered. Attendance is highly recommended. Site visitation is mandatory. Site visitation will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
