INVITATION FOR BIDS Owner: TYLER COUNTY COMMISSION Separate sealed bids for the TYLER COUNTY 911 CENTER, Middlebourne, WV will be received at the office of the Tyler County Commission, 121 Main Street, Middlebourne, WV 26149 until 1:00 PM, LPT (Local Prevailing Time), Thursday, October 1, 2020. Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud in the Tyler County Courthouse, Commission Chambers. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Architect, WYK Associates, Inc. Digital project documents are available electronically, free of charge for download, by contacting WYK Associates, Inc. at 304-624-6326 or via e-mail [email protected]. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Pursuant to the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act, all contractors must include their License number on the Form of Proposal. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM LPT, on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the Project Site. The scope and details of the proposed work will be reviewed.
