INVITATION TO BID Bid #: 2016-04 Sealed bids for SERVICE CONTRACT FOR FILTERS FOR RALEIGH COUNTY SCHOOLS will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801 on May 27, 2015, 1:30 p.m. EST, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the Project Manual. All bidder’s and bidder’s subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with the West Virginia Contractors Licensing Act. All requests for hard copies of Bidding Documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than seven days prior to bid open date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of Bidding Documents requested. After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
