LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION TO BID CELLULAR PHONE SERVICES The Mercer County Board of Education invites proposals to provide cellular telephone services for 10 smart phones and 65 regular cell phones. Selection of services will be based upon factors to include cellular phone service cost and coverage area available. This is a one year contract with an option to renew for two additional years, one year at a time. The successful bidder will also be required to execute a contract, comply with all rules and regulations of the West Virginia Workers’ Compensation Laws, provide evidence of insurance coverage to the minimum limits required by the contract documents, and submit a State of West Virginia Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit. Final contract payment will not be made to the vendor until all certifications of compliance with West Virginia Code c5A-3-10a, c11-10-11(d) and c21-A-2-6c (a) for payment of applicable state and county taxes has been obtained. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least ninety days. Other requirements are detailed in the proposal package.
