Place: Project Site Actors Guild, 724 Market Street,
Parkersburg, WV
ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE GENERAL CONTRACTORS; optional for interested subbidders and material suppliers. All bidders should attend Meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project conditions and other relevant information. Bidders shall specifically be made aware of Labor and Equal Opportunity Requirements.
All questions are due to the Architect no later than Thursday, May 25th at 4:00pm with response back to the contractors no later than Friday, May 26th by 12:00pm.
A Bid bond executed by a surety company acceptable to Actors Guild of Parkersburg in the amount equal to five percent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid, to guarantee the Bidder’s entrance into a Contract, if given the award.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
Any contractor submitting a Bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and subdivision in which the work is to be performed.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Actors Guild of Parkersburg at the following location between the hours of 1:00 2:00pm, local prevailing time, Wednesday, May 31, 2017 in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders and Invitation to Bid:
