INVITATION TO BID
The Oil, Gas and Industrial Historical Association, Inc. is requesting bids for restoration of chimneys for Henderson Hall in Willamstown, West Virginia.
The project includes the rehabilitation of five chimneys above the roof line.
The project completion date is no later than May 31, 2018 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Preservation Office. Contractors will be selected based upon (1) cost, (2) experience with similar historic preservation projects, and (3) proven ability to complete the project. The contractor must carry out the described work in compliance with the Secretary of Interiors Standards for rehabilitation.
The bid package is available by calling (303)481-0332. The property will be open for a mandatory pre-bid walk through on Thursday, September 28th, 2017,1:30 pm, at 517 Old River Rd, Williamstown, WV.
