Apartment Cleaning
Services
The Housing Authority County of Jackson will accept bids for apartment cleaning contract. The contract shall be for apartment cleaning services for apartments located at the Tanglewood Villa and Rolling Meadow Village Developments. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m.; June 1, 2018 at the Housing Authority Main Office, 75 Whispering Way, Ripley, WV 25271. A bid information sheet and required Form of Proposal and Contract are available at the Tanglewood Villa office. Interested parties for bidding need to contact D. W. Raines to pick up a bid packet. He can be reached at 304-372-2343 ext. 104. The bidders must have prior experience, must provide references and carry liability insurance. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
