Invitation to Bid
Three Vehicles
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the sale of:
- 2006 Cambridge 5th Wheel Camper
(VIN# 4YDF358256P580010)
- 2007 SUZUKI GSX-R600 (VIN# JS1GN7DA472108111)
- 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE
(VIN# 1GYFK63877R284090)
Sealed bids will be received at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105, until 9:30am on September 18, 2015 at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of sixty (60) days.
Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSealed Bid: 2006 Cambridge 5th Wheel Camperã or âSealed Bid: 2007 SUZUKI GSX-R600ã or âSealed Bid: 2007 CADILLAC ESCALADE.ã
Prospective bidders may contact the Mayor’s Office or the Vienna Police Department between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the above property at (304) 295-6081 or (304) 295-8563. Bidders must pay all related sales, title and registration and transfer costs as well as any other related costs to complete the transfer of title to the property(s). EACH VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. These vehicles were seized incident to DRUG ASSET FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS instituted in Wood County Circuit Court. Final sale of any or all of the vehicles is subject to final approval by the Vienna City Council. The City may reject any and all bids for any reason. All sales are final.
