PRINCETON RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 18th day of July, 2019, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the New Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Jared Wyrick, 533 Misty Hills Drive, Princeton, WV 24740, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a video lottery establishment at 106 Oakvale Road, Suite D, Princeton, WV in the Commercial (C-2) Zone. (City Tax Map 17, Parcels 59 & 60).
The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a video lottery establishment in the Commercial (C-2) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
