NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 25, 2013, from David Bryant Jeffrey and Keisha Marie Jeffrey to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mercer County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1258, at page 606, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $56,900.00, payable to Charles G. Lynch, and default having been made pursuant to the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Charles G. Lynch, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Mercer County Courthouse in Princeton, West Virginia on November 13, 2019 at 9:45 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, that certain lot or parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the City of Bluefield, Mercer County, West Virginia, and shown on the map of said City as Lot 15, Section 927, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the southern line of Union Street said beginning point being the northeast corner of Lot No. 14, Section 927, thence N. 57deg. 46′ E. and with the said southern line of Union Street 50 feet to a point in said line; thence S. 32deg. 47′ E. 145 feet to a point in the northern line of a 15 feet wide alley; thence S. 57deg. 46′ W. and along the northern line of said alley, 50 feet to a point in said line; thence N. 32deg. 47′ W. 145 feet to the point of BEGINNING.

Being the same property conveyed from Charles G. Lynch and Barbara Theresa Lynch, his wife, to David Bryant Jeffrey and Keisha Marie Jeffrey by Deed dated June 25, 2013, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 992, at page 476.
Terms of sale: Ten percent non-refundable cash deposit due at sale. Ninety percent balance of purchase price due within thirty days of date of sale.
