TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The purpose of this publication is to advise the father of G.S. that an adjudicatory hearing shall take place with regard to his child, G.S., DOB 10/04/2019, who is in the temporary physical and legal custody of the West Virginia Department of Human Services.
It appearing that Respondent Audie Sloan, Jr., may be residing in the Greenbrier County, West Virginia area, this NOTICE is published to inform Respondent Audie Sloan, Jr., that he is ORDERED to appear in the Office of the Honorable Jennifer P. Dent, Judge of the Circuit Court of Greenbrier County, at 127 Green Lane, Lewisburg, West Virginia 24901, on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. and object, or make other defense, to the proceedings.
This hearing will be held even if, after due notice, any party fails to appear. Any party responding to this Petition shall have the right to be present at the hearing and to be represented by counsel. You may wish to contact the Circuit Court to verify this hearing date. The permanent termination of parental, custodial, or guardianship rights can be a result of this proceeding.
