It appearing that the Mother, CAROLYN SMITH, of the above-named childás whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on APRIL 5, 2019, at the hour of 3:30 oáclock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, CAROLYN SMITH, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, F. JOHN OSHOWAY, P.O. BOX 156, GRANTSVILLE, WV 26147 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 354-9204.
