On or about October 3, 2012, L.B. and on or about December 2, 2014, A.C. the above-named children, were born to CHELSEA NUZUM. It appearing that the Father, LAWRENCE BURKE, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on APRIL 12, 2019, at the hour of 10:45 oáclock A.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, LAWRENCE BURKE, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of theses proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, COURTNEY AHLBORN, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 2302 CAMDEN AVENUE, P.O. The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, LAWRENCE BURKE, with respect of the above-named children, L.B. and A.C.
