NOTICE TO INSURANCE FIRMS
The Southern Educational Services Cooperative is seeking expressions of interest from Insurance Firms / Agents for providing agent of record services for Workers Compensation Insurance. Expressions must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in documents available from the Southern Educational Services Cooperative.
Insurance Firms are invited to submit an expression of interest, to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and other material information desired no later than the 10th of April 2019, close of business, 3:30 p.m. EST at the Office of the Purchasing Director, Southern Educational Services Cooperative, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801.
Neither dating of expression of interest nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Expressions of Interest and documents must be received on or before date and time stated.
Documentation with scope of work, pertinent information and submittal requirements for the firm’s expression of interest may be obtained at the above address.
A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and expressions of interest and will conduct discussions with at least two of the professional firms deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Southern Educational Services Cooperative for approval.
