AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division Air Quality, for a G50-C general Permit Relocation, for a Portable Concrete Central Mix Batch Plant located within the Right-of-Way of new Route 121 Coalfield Expressway, approximately 2000 If south of the intersection of Route 121 and Route 34, near the town of Slab Fork, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: W 081.308474 ; N 37.694627
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM 16.01 tons per year; PM10 7.40 tons per year, NO2 49.60 tons per year, CO 0.88 tons per year, and C02 3959.00 Tons per year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of April, 2019. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
