The Upshur County Board of Education will offer for sale, through sealed bid, the following surplus vehicles:

All buses and vehicles will be offered in “as is” condition, without warranty, expressed or implied. The Upshur County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw any vehicle from the sale.
Potential buyers may inspect these vehicles between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Mondays through Fridays, beginning April 18, 2016 through April 22, 2016 at the Upshur County School Bus Garage in Tennerton and may call Paul Johnston, Chief Mechanic, with any questions at 304-472-1544.
Sealed bids will be accepted through 12:00 P.M., Friday, April 29, 2016. Bids should be clearly labeled on the envelope, “Bus/Equipment Bids”, and may be mailed or hand delivered to the Board of Education office or transportation department any time prior to the deadline.
Sealed bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 P.M., Friday, April 29, 2016, at the Upshur County Board of Education office, located at 102 Smithfield Street, Buckhannon, West Virginia. Payment may be made in cash or by check, payable to the Upshur County Board of Education and mailed to 102 Smithfield St., Buckhannon, WV 26201.
