In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $108,007.00 dated September 21, 2020 recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for Tazewell County on September 22, 2020 as Instrument Number: 200002499, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction, at the Main entrance of the courthouse for the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, 135 Court Street, Tazewell, VA 24651 on May 22, 2024 at 3:30 PM the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: All that certain real estate, together with all appurtenances thereupon and easements benefitting the same, situate in the Town of Richlands, in the Maiden Spring Magisterial District of Tazewell County, Virginia which property is known and designated as Lot No. Seven (7), Block B, as shown and described on that certain map or plat entitled “PLAT SHOWING DIVISION OF THE NARCIE HANKINS ESTATE”, which map or plat is attached to and recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia in Plat Book 32, page 42, Plat Card No. 6743, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description of the real property hereby conveyed.
This conveyance is expressly subject to and beneficiary of any and all reservations, restrictions and easements of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office to the extent that the same may lawfully apply to the property hereby conveyed. Tax ID: 105A814B 0007.
