TO: JONATHAN SEAL, FATHER OF A FEMALE CHILD BORN UNTO ISABELLA SHREWSBURY ON MARCH 31, 2020 (JUVENILE CASE NO.: 24-JA-50-WS)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Secion 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 24th day of May, 2024 at 10:30 A.m., before the Honorable William J. Sadler, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse, Princeton, West Virginia.
