Notice is hereby given that Riverside Energy Company, LLC, P.O. Box 460, Brenton, WV 24818 has a permit on file with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the surface mining of approximately 9.73 acres and has submitted an application to the DEP, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for renewal of Article 3 Permit Number H043300 to operate a haulroad in the N/A seam of coal.
The operation is discharging into Still Run of Guyandotte River and is located 1.0 mile northwest of Itmann in Slab Fork District of Wyoming County, Longitude 81°-26’-02” and Latitude 37°-34’-51” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
