INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley, WV, the management agent for Vance and FMRS Housing
will accept proposals for exterminating and pest control for 31 multifamily units and 1 maintenance building located on South Vance Drive. Proposals of monthly bed bug treatments for this property must be a separate proposal. Interested parties should contact Beckley Housing Authority at (304) 256-1772 P.O. Box 1780 Beckley, WV 25802; or 100 Beckwoods Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 to obtain specifications. Proposals should be mailed to the Housing Authority of the City of Beckley at the above address or hand delivered to the street address. All proposals must be received by the Housing Authority before 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 10, 2024, in a sealed envelope marked Pest Control. No Proposals will be accepted after the deadline. The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
