PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, June 03, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

V-114-24-1: Request of Theodore Martin, Owner for a Variance from Section 15.38.020 to place an accessory structure within required rear yard setbacks in a R-1 Light Density Residential neighborhood at 1501 Oak Forest Road, Oak Hill, WV.

V-115-24-1: Request of Jamie O’Hora, Owner for a Variance from Section 15.38.030 to place an accessory structure within required setbacks from street in a R-2 Medium Density Residential neighborhood at 201 Woodbridge Road, Oak Hill, WV.

U-125-24-1: Request of David Tiberio, proprietor of Compliance WV, for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.120 for a use permit for on premise Alcohol sales at New River Convention Center, 497 Mall Road, Oak Hill, WV.
