This NOTICE of pending Nonjudicial Sale is posted pursuant to Virginia Code Section 58.1-3975 et seq. Delinquent taxes on Parcel No. 006A2A 0114 and 006A2A 0115, described as 295 Centre Street, Pocahontas, Virginia, and 297 Centre Street, Pocahontas, Virginia located in Tazewell County, Virginia. Real estate taxes on this property were delinquent on December 31, 2020, following the third anniversary of the date such taxes had become due.
TAKE NOTICE that on FEBRUARY 22, 2021 at 11:00 A.M., or soon thereafter, proceedings will be commenced under the authority of ยง 58.1-3975 et seq. of the Code of Virginia to sell the following parcels for payment of delinquent town taxes:

Bidders must tender 10% of the sale price on the date of sale and close the transaction with full remittance within thirty (30) days.
