REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
RFP #: 2021-07 WIDE AREA NETWORK
Request for Proposals for WIDE AREA NETWORK SERVICES FOR RALEIGH COUNTY SCHOOLS will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 on February 26, 2021, 10:00 AM EST with 3 (three) paper copies and 1 (one) electronic copy (CD or Flash drive).
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on February 26, 2021, 10:00 AM EST, 2001 South Kanawha St., Beckley WV 25801.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated.
Contractors must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal.
Proposal documents may be obtained from the Raleigh County Board of Education, Purchasing Department, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley WV 25801.
All requests for hard copies of Proposal Documents shall be made to the Purchasing Director no later than five days prior to bid open date. Failure to comply will preclude the issuance of Proposal Documents requested.
