RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of August, 2024 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone .393 acres of property upon the application of Daniell R. & Jill Gilbert for the purpose of a Retail Store. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property to be affected is located along Flat Top Road & Odd Road, Ghent, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 46, Parcels 35.1, 35.2, 35.3, 36, 37 & Part of 35.4 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
