Request for Bid
The purpose of this bid is to establish a blanket-purchase agreement, or public works contracts for the listed service below. The Fayette County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any/or all bids presented.
TITLE: Fayette County Diagnostic Universal Screener Intervention Package
A. Provide a Tier 1 research-based tool for grades K-8.
B. Provide academic software to compliment the diagnostic tool that identifies key West Virginia standards that are deficit with an individual plan for each child. These standards must align to WV College and Career Ready students in Math & ELA.
C. Reporting capabilities for each child via a teacher roster.
The Fayette County Board of Education, 111 Fayette Avenue, Fayetteville, WV will accept sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2024. Bids will be opened at 1:00 pm on Monday, August 5, 2024.
