This day came the Petitioners, Freddie and Racheal Lafferty, by their counsel, Jacob N. Snuffer, Esq., and Snuffer Law, L.C. and presented to the Court their petition, duly verified, praying for the adoption of Journey Leann Vanover.
And Court, after inspecting the said petition, does ORDER that the same be filed with the Clerk of said Court and that a hearing thereon be held on the 5th day of September, 2024 at 1:30 p.m., for the purpose of examining under oath the parties in interest, and such other witnesses as may be deemed necessary.
