NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of September, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Ronald & Kimberly Pack for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Seasonal Camp on property located at 123 Cedar Street, Hinton, WV, Richmond District, Tax Map 18A, Parcels 6 & 7, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
