NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of October, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Billy Peters for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Second Residence on property located at 1863 Fitzpatrick Road, Glen Morgan, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 23, Parcel 21.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
