RALEIGH COUNTY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of October, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Allison Pettry property for the purpose of a conditional use permit to allow for a second residence on property located at 160 Moore Lane, Arnett, WV, Marsh Fork District, Tax Map 21, Parcel 23.4, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
