The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment for a debt.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Bayley Colvin and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Bayley Colvin do serve upon Patsy Lamp, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 17th, 2024 at 6:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Bayley Colvin at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
