RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 17th day of October, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to consider rezoning 4.86 acres of property upon the application of Maple Ridge, LLC for the purpose of Office Buildings/Storage. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property under consideration is in the following areas: Town District, Tax Map 7006, Part of Parcels 1, 5 & 7. Formally located in Town District, Tax Map 7002, Parcels 26 & 24.2 and formally Town District, Tax Map 7006, Parcels 18, 21 & 22, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
