The permit is located in Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County, 3 miles southwest (Direction) of Naoma (Nearest PO) on Hazy Creek (Primary Receiving Stream) of Marsh Fork of Big Coal River
(Secondary Receiving Stream) of Coal River (Major Drainage Basin).
PERFORMANCE COAL COMPANY, LLC completed backfilling and regrading on 11/17/2021
(Date) and is requesting release of 60 percent of the reclamation performance bond currently in the amount of $19,000.00.
